Filip has been passionate about hockey since he first stepped onto the ice at just four years old. His playing career took him through the Czech youth Extraliga, senior hockey in the Czech Republic, and a season in Germany. He began coaching at 19 and has since gained experience developing young players internationally, including working as a youth skills coach in Germany. For the past three years, he has been coaching professionally in Písek, bringing his practical experience and enthusiasm to the Czech International Hockey Camp, where he is now in his third year.
