Information We Process
To process a Camp Application and manage participation, we may process the participant’s and Customer’s name, date of birth, sex, address, email, telephone number, emergency contact, hockey level, selected program, accommodation and transportation requests, medical information voluntarily provided for Camp safety, and payment information.
Why We Use Personal Data
- • To process Camp Applications and provide contracted Camp services.

- • To arrange accommodation, meals, supervision and transportation.
- • To protect the health and safety of participants.
- • To meet accounting, legal and contractual obligations.

Photos and Videos
Training and additional activities may be documented through photographs and videos. Where legally required, consent will be requested for presentation, documentation and marketing use, including website and social media publication.
Service Providers and Related Companies
Personal data may be shared only where necessary with accommodation, transport, payment, IT, communication and Camp service providers, or where legally required. Relevant data may also be processed by the companies operating CIHC listed above.
